Privacy policy

Last updated: 31 October 2026

This page explains which personal data the website levlostudio.it processes, why, for how long and what rights you have (Article 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679, the “GDPR”). The website is a showcase: it has no accounts, no online sales and uses no cookies. The only form is the one to request the free guide (in Italian, at levlostudio.it/guida).

Who the data controller is

The data controller is Andrea Aresini — Levlo Studio, Avellino, Italy.
For any question about your data, write to levlostudio.info@gmail.com or call +39 352 059 0160.

What data we process, why and on what legal basis

  • Technical data from your visit — IP address, browser type, page requested, date and time. These are recorded automatically by the service that hosts the website (Vercel) to make it work and protect it from abuse. Legal basis: legitimate interest in keeping the website secure and reachable (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not use them to profile you.
  • Visit statistics — we count visits and clicks on buttons (such as WhatsApp) with our own tool, with no cookies, no advertising and no profiling. We store the page, the button, the site you came from, whether you use a phone or a computer and the country, plus an anonymous code that changes every day: it does not contain your IP address and cannot be traced back to you. Legal basis: legitimate interest in understanding how the website is used (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We delete them after 13 months.
  • What you write or tell us when you contact us — on WhatsApp, by email or by phone: your name, number or email address, and what you tell us about your business. We use them to reply and to prepare a draft or a quote for you. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Free guide request — if you fill in the guide form: name, business, WhatsApp number, city (if you write it) and the site you came from. We use them to give you the guide and to message you on WhatsApp to ask if it helped and offer a free video call. Legal basis: your consent, given with the form's checkbox (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time. When a request arrives we send ourselves an email alert.
  • If you become a client — contract and billing data. Legal basis: the contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) and legal tax and accounting obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)).

We do not ask for special categories of data (health, opinions, etc.) and we do not use your data for marketing without your consent.

For how long

  • Technical data from your visit: for the short period set by the hosting provider.
  • Visit statistics: 13 months.
  • Guide requests: 12 months, then deleted automatically (sooner if you ask).
  • Messages and contact requests: up to 12 months after our last exchange, if we do not end up working together.
  • Client data: for the duration of the relationship and then for 10 years, as required by law for accounting records (Article 2220 of the Italian Civil Code).

Who receives the data

We do not sell or hand over your data. It is processed on our behalf only by the providers we need to run the website and to talk to you, each under its own data processing agreement (DPA):

  • Vercel Inc. (USA) — hosts the website.
  • Supabase Inc. (servers in Ireland) — stores the visit statistics and the guide requests.
  • Resend Inc. (USA) — sends us the email alert when someone requests the guide.
  • Google (Gmail) — the email inbox we use to reply to you.
  • WhatsApp (WhatsApp Ireland Ltd., Meta group) — if you message us on WhatsApp. WhatsApp also processes data as an independent controller, under its own privacy policy.
  • If you become a client, our accountant, for tax obligations.

Data outside the European Union

Vercel, Resend, Google and Meta may process data in the United States. The transfer is covered by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (adequacy decision of the European Commission of 10 July 2023), to which these companies adhere, and by the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

Links to clients' websites

In the “Who chose us” section there are links to our clients' real websites. They open in a new tab only if you press them: from that moment you are on their website, which may use third-party services (for example Google Fonts or Google Maps) and has its own privacy policy. For what happens there, the controller is the operator of that website, not us. The example videos and the images of our work are hosted on our own website and do not contact any external service. The details are in the cookie policy.

Your rights

At any time you can ask us, free of charge:

  • to access your data and get a copy of it;
  • to correct it (rectification);
  • to erase it;
  • to restrict its processing;
  • to object to processing based on legitimate interest;
  • to receive it in a machine-readable format (portability);
  • to withdraw your consent, if you gave it, without affecting what was done before.

Just write to levlostudio.info@gmail.com: we reply within one month. If you think your data is being mishandled, you can lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).
